Cinnamon and honey for weight loss.
The recipe is as follows:
- 8oz of hot water (250 ml).
- A teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
- 2 tablespoons of natural honey.
- Boil water, add the cinnamon powder.
- Remove the pan from the fire. let it cool down.
- Add a teaspoon of honey.
Consume one half an hour before breakfast and the second half an hour before going to sleep at night.
This mixture of cinnamon powder and honey stops the body from accumulating fat.
